Charte du Clan Toda
Art 1 : Les valeurs du clan Toda sont Respect, Courtoisie, Savoir-vivre, fidélité et Tolérance. Chaque membre du Clan Toda doit respecter les autres membres de notre Clan. De même que le simple fait d'être un membre du clan Toda responsabilise chacun d'entre nous vis à vis du clan. Nous représentons chacune et chacun l'image du clan et donc nous devons montrer une attitude en accord avec les valeurs du clan Toda.
Art 2 : Chaque Membre du Clan Toda doit avoir son pseudo terminant par _Toda et chacun devra afficher notre chartre sur son profil. Tous les membres du Clan Toda doivent etre en tete de liste des friends de chacun des membres du Clan Toda.
Art 3 : L’admission ou la radiation des membres seront examinés par les fondatrices. Chaque membre est libre de proposer quelqu'un pour intégration dans le Clan Toda, mais ce membre sera responsable du comportement de cette personne durant sa periode probatoire.
Art 4 : En publique chaque membre du Clan doit en priorité saluer les autres membres présent.De même que si un de nos membres est en difficulté tous les membres présent doivent lui porter assistance. De même façon si un membre appel par MP d'autres membres à la rescousse ceux ci doivent venir immédiatement l'aider sauf dans le cas ou l'un d'eux est en room.
Art 5 : Chaque membre s'engage à respecter les regles de RLC et à ne pas avoir une attitude qui donnerait une mauvaise image du Clan Toda. En outre si les fondatrices décident qu'une personne doit etre mise sous ignore tous les membres de Clan Toda devront en faire de même dès l'instant ou l'information leur est parvenue.
Art 6 : Les problemes internes seront reglés sur le forum

Art 7 : Les activités du Clan doivent etre discrete et ne doivent pas etre étalées en place publique.
Art 8 : Les regles de courtoisie sont de mise de même que de savoir vivre. Le language SMS et la grossiereté sont proscrit. En cas d'insultes proféré à l'encontre du Clan ou de ses membres, les membres présent doivent immédiatement faire une capture d'écran au besoin avertir un protector et en envoyer une copie aux fondatrices.
Art 9 : La langue officielle du clan est le français, mais l'anglais et le chinois sont toléré.
Art 10 : Le Clan Toda regroupe des gens partageant les memes valeurs et qui se plaisent à discuter ensemble autour d'un attachement aux principes du Clan.
Art 11 : Toutes les sexualités authorisées sur RLC sont authorisées dans le Clan Toda. De même que les membres du Clan peuvent avoir des relations amoureuses en dehors du Clan. Mais celles ci ne doivent en aucun cas interferer avec les valeurs ou les obligations envers le Clan Toda. Le BDSM est admis au sein du Clan et ceux qui ont choisit cette voie devront se conformer aux regles du clan plus à celles du BDSM (placement derriere le Dom pour les soumises, vouvoiement, obligations etc...). Les Dom du Clan doivent etre appelés par leurs pseudo précédé de Maitre ou Monsieur par les soumis/ses pour les hommes et Miss ou Madame pour les femmes. Le titre de Dame est uniquement réservé pour Dame Mariko. Tous les pseudos doivent commencer par une majuscule ainsi que les titres éventuels que ce soit dans une conversation ou sur un forum.
Art 12 : Le Clan Toda ne recrute pas les membres qui le compose, pour devenir un ou une Toda il faut en faire la demande à une des fondatrices ou etre proposé par un membre.
Art 13 : Chaque membre du Clan doit être inscrit sur le forum du Clan afin d'etre au courant des derniers évenements ou décision du Clan Toda.
Art 14 : Le _Toda ne peut etre porté que par des membres dont la candidature à été validé par une fondatrice. Le simple fait de porter le _Toda implique l'acceptation de la chartre du Clan Toda.
Art 15 : Ce reglement n'est pas figé et peut subir des modifications suivant les remarques des membres du clan Toda ou des propositions soumises aux fondatrices.
Art 16 : Chaque membre doit assumer sa présence sur RLC et donc il est interdit de se mettre en private.

Charter of the Toda Clan
Art 1: The values of the Toda clan are Respect, Courtesy, manners, fidelity and Tolérance. Each member of the Toda Clan must respect the other members of our Clan. Just as the simple fact of being a member of the clan Toda responsabilise each one among us with respect to the clan. Of the same way if a member call by MP of other members with the rescue those members must immediately come to help it except in the case or one of them is in room.
Art 5: Each member commits himself complying with the rules of RLC and not to adopt an attitude which would give an bad image of the Toda Clan. Moreover if the founders decide that a person must be put under ignores all the members of Toda Clan will have to make some in the same way as of the moment or information their came from.

Art 12: The Toda Clan does not recruit the members who composes it, to become one or Toda it is necessary to make the request with one of the founders or to be proposed of it by a member.
Art 13: Each member of the Clan must be registered on the forum of the Clan in order to be to the current of the last events or decision of the Toda Clan.
Art 14: The _Toda can be carried only by members of which the candidature for summer validated by a founder. The simple fact of carrying the _Toda implies the acceptance of the chartre of the Toda Clan.
Art 15: This rules is not solidified and can undergo modifications according to the remarks of the members of the Toda clan or the proposals submitted to the founders.
Art 16: Each member must assume his presence on RLC and thus it is interdict to put itself in private.
